Branding / Corporate Identity
Logo Creation: Over the last ten years we’ve created logos for a wide spectrum of companies, from "mom and pop" shop to Fortune 500 companies. Every company—no matter how big or small—deserves the same attention to detail and consideration of appropriateness for their company.
Brand Guidelines: Every major brand utilizes brand guidelines, and we’ve created these for several companies, ranging from the very rigid to fairly loose, dependent upon the company and its role.
Brand Implementation: Brand implementation is the science of a brand and the product of equal parts research and intuition. As a result, it defines everything about a brand, from imagery and ads to how people look and act, and everything in-between.
Audience: Over the years we have had the opportunity to work in a variety of styles and have learned how design applies to the psychology of marketing to a specific audience and in general.
A logo is a logo, but without branding it’s nothing more than a shape, a mark, or a collection of words. Good branding is invaluable, it is the personality of a company. One of our greatest strengths is understanding the science of creating logos, developing brand guidelines, and helping establish brand implementation.
Web Design / Interactive Development
Interactive design is all about experiences. It defines a company's brand and gives users a tangible example of what the company does.
Programming: We have experience with programming languages such as XML, CSS, and Javascript, programming is also our specialty. We can present and offer various languages to suit your specific project needs and accomadate future upgrades and expandability.
Motion,and Flash: We’ve had a great deal of experience with Flash, as well as with many other animation techniques. We’ve found ourselves useful in storyboarding concepts and communicating techniques with teams.
Art Direction and Design: The majority of our interactive work has been in the design and art direction of websites, from concept creation to how a site may actually function.
Future: This is the area in which we are most enthusiastic about improving on. Implementing our visual communication techniques with seamless intergration of designed media with robust interactivity.
To compete with the overwhelming status quo, it is increasingly imperative that a website has something different and unique to offer. We’ve learned that, when building websites, the most important qualities are clarity, efficiency, and ease of usability. A website should also reflect a company's personality and speak to the viewer on an emotional level.
Traditional / Printed Media
Our experience with traditional design includes advertising, brochures, flyers, posters, direct mail, and outdoor, with the first three comprising the majority of our portfolio.
Advertising: Most of the advertising we have done has gone from the concept all the way through to production and file set up for newspapers and magazines.
Brochures: Due to this being the majority of our work, it's probably our strongest skill. We’ve designed everything from 100-page books to simple multi-page brochures.
Flyers: We call them flyers but promotional POP is another large part of our job. These little pieces of printed material might be the only thing a consumer sees, making their importance undeniable.
Printed work and conventional techniques have been honed by marketers and creatives for years, and while most of what has been done is timeless, there is constantly a demand for clearer communication in a world full of clutter.
Art Direction
Art direction is the beginning of the creative process. It’s the ability to look at projects and establish all of the little details that will make the overall project ultimately successful, this is one of our greatest strengths.
Print: The majority of our art direction has been in print, from selecting the appropriate fonts to helping ensure the photo selections fit the client's desired plan.
Photography: Working with photographers has always been a great joy, which is one reason we're able to take the art direction of photography so seriously. It is imperative for every part of the shoot, from selecting talent and wardrobe, to approving makeup and picking locations.
Broadcast, Web and Interactive: Like with print, the skills here are usually the result of type and photo treatments, as well as an overall visual consistency and emotional connection.
After taking on projects at medium sized business, we completely redesigned logos, branding, and all related media. After just a few weeks the company had felt the impact of the facelift and began a hiring explosion. Eventually doubling in size in less than a year and becoming one of the 25 fastest growing companies. We then were given the reponsibility of directing the newly hired team that were to support us.
